Lock changes for homes and businesses

Moved into a new home, lost a set of keys, or not sure who still has one? We change the locks on uPVC, composite, timber and aluminium doors, and hand you the only keys before we leave.

When to change your locks

  • You have moved into a new home and don't know who holds keys
  • Keys have been lost or stolen
  • A tenant, lodger, ex-partner or member of staff hasn't returned their keys
  • After a break-in or attempted break-in
  • The lock is worn, stiff or hard to turn

What we change

  • Euro cylinders on uPVC and composite doors
  • Mortice locks and nightlatches on timber doors
  • Multipoint locks where the mechanism is worn
  • Shop, office and commercial door locks
  • Garage, gate, shed and outbuilding locks

Upgrade while you change

While we are changing the lock, upgrading to an anti-snap cylinder rated TS007 3-star or SS312 Diamond adds little to the job. We can also key all your doors alike, so one key opens them all.

Questions we are often asked

Can you change the locks so all my doors use one key?

Yes. We can set every new cylinder to the same key.

Do I need to replace the whole lock?

Usually not. On most uPVC and composite doors only the cylinder needs changing, which is quick and keeps the cost down.

Can you change the locks on a business or shop?

Yes. We change locks on shops, offices and commercial premises, and can put them on a master key system.
