Lock changes between tenancies, arranged around your void periods

Changing locks between tenants is one of the simplest ways to protect a let property. We work to your agent's instructions, fit locks to a sensible standard, and can keep every property on one key system so key management stays simple.

What we do

  • Cylinder and lock changes at the end of a tenancy, or when keys have not been returned
  • Communal entrance, bin store and plant room locks for blocks
  • Key-alike sets for a property, or a master system across a portfolio
  • Upgrades to anti-snap cylinders while we are there

Authority to instruct

We change locks only for the owner of a property or someone authorised to act for them, such as a letting or managing agent. When you book, we ask you to confirm that authority and who is responsible for payment. This protects you, your tenants and us.

Questions we are often asked

Can you collect keys from the agent's office?

Yes. Tell us where keys need collecting and returning when you book.

Can you change locks while a tenant is still living there?

Yes, with the tenant's agreement, or once you have legal possession. See our door entry page for entry after possession.

Book a security survey

Tell us about the doors, locks or access you want to sort out. We will arrange a survey and give you a fixed quote.
